Responsibilities :
Responsible for handling Access Network Technical problems in devices under maintenance, achieving customer satisfaction through high performance and quality of services.
Responsible for assurance of customer agreed technical standards for customer support services.
Requirements:
4-year bachelor's degrees in Telecom/Electrical
2+ years experience in telecom industry
In-depth working knowledge of DSLAM(MA5600, MA5616), MA5600t, UA5000, ONT(HG8245, HG8245H), MA5698 etc products and IPTV, XDSL.
Specifically hands on experience in GPON deployment and configuration.
