Key Responsibilities:

• Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating sales associates.

• Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to line manager.

• Collect customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization as and when needed.

• Lead sales team members in assigned territory to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

Holding Bachelor's degree.

Minimum 3-4 years of FMCG experience.
