ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
° Education: Degree in Electronic or Instrument Engineering Experience: 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in refinery engineering design, cogen plants, electrical and instrument cable design, DCS selection, Exaquantum, control logic design.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage control valves sizing & selection and compressor controls. • Support Detail Engineering Interface Manager. • Stay up-to-date with the refining processes: various refinery upgrade-related FEEDs transition to detail engineering management, using local and international detail engineering contractors.
• Manage and prequalify detail engineering contractors based on modern techniques and provide a cost-effective solution. • Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate vendor quotations and technically evaluate the bids. Review and verify vendor documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications, and calculations. • Resolve conflicts relating to FEED and Detail Engineering. • Cost estimation.
