The Bank of Khyber is seeking to onboard an exceptionally strong and goal-oriented professional as COMPANY SECRETARY. This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of the premier financial institutions playing a key role in the growth and development of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP)

•Should be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants or a member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries or holding a master degree in business administration or commerce or being a law graduate from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above deciphers. holds an equivalence certificate from NEC of Pakistan.

• Should be having at least 10 years of relevant experience in Pubtki Private sector listed company.

• Should meet all criteria as set out m 'Fit and Proper Test of State Bank of Pakistan This positron rs based in Peshawar and market-based remuneration package will be offered.
