Customer Care Executive
• Respond to customer queries in timely & effective manner via phone, email, social media or chat applications.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues amicably within defined timelines & parameter
• Monitor customer experiences across online and offline channels
• Update customers about new product features & functionalities • Identify customer needs & take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
• Stay informed about industry trends and new CRM technologies
Qualification, Experience & Skills
• 1-2 Years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BBA or equivalent
