FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Reporting to Director Finance CFO

Location: Lahore, Karachi , Islamabad

Job Description A Group of Companies is looking for Financial Controller who will collaborate with the CFOs / Director Finance and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations.

Requirements

• Strategic mindset to handle financial control of existing and prospective business(s).

• Must have latest IT knowledge.

• Preference will be given to person having experience in working government environment or transformation.

• 7 -10 years of finance experience, preferably prior experience with a manufacturing firm.

• Fully proficient in taxation laws of Pakistan. • Be a Member ofa recognized body of Professional Accountants. Responsibilities,

• Create and present financial strategy recommendations to Director Finance.

• Participating in decision-making at the highest levels.

• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts including developing, monitoring_ reporting and interpreting the business KPIs. • Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.

• Supervise preparation of financial statements and reports.

• Lead the implementation of the new ERR • Assist the management in reorganization and reforms.

• Ensure legal compliance with all financial functions. • Conduct in-house financial statement reviews of assigned group companies.

• Complying with all Internal and External Audit deliverables.

• Maintaining strong financial controls within the company through regular process and policy review as well as personnel training and development. Emoluments 71111 Based on qualification, experience, and suitability of the individual. This position is for three years renewable contract, subject to mutual consent.
