Chase Value Center is hiring a Floor Manager.

QUALIFICATION: Must be Graduate preferably Masters in Business Studies.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 04 to 05 years of proven Experience in Fashion Retail Industry.

Following are the key responsibilities but not limited to:

• Ensure smooth Floor Operations.

• Meet the Top Line Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Sales Targets. • Meet the high level of Customer services criteria.

• Maintain Floor decorum, Stock management, consolidation of best sellers, a appealing displays & Merchandising.

• Proactive in taking effective actions on non-moving stocks. • Control shrinkage, development of staff & backups of each supervisory level.

• Ensure efficient task delegation to the team as per their best capabilities.

The incumbent must be Enthusiastic & Self-Motivated to playa key role in a Dynamic & Exceptionally Growing Fashion Retail Chain.
