Imtiaz is seeking profiles for the following position for different stores in Karachi.
Officer - IT Support
• To support daily technical support activities for desktop, data, and server management.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account working experience setup and network configuration
• Conduct remote desktop troubleshooting for end-users Certified Professional
• Maintain technical documentation in association with other (MCP) functional departments
• Properly escalate unresolved issues and provide prompt feedback. Ensure all issues are properly logged and manage several open issues at once.
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• 3 to 4 years of proven working experience
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals like printers and scanncer.
• Preferably Microsoft certified professional MCP
