Paragon Constructors Private Limited is a leading General Contractor in Pakistan. We are currently looking for candidates who have prior experience in high rise project to fill the following positions based in Karachi.

General Manager

Required candidate must be B.E (Mechanical), 15+ years of leading the Highrise Projects.

Strong in project management and Client relations on technical and contractual matters in M&P Works.

Project Manager

BE (Mechanical), 8-10 years of project management experience in Plumbing/HVAC/Fire Protection/Drainage Works in High Rise Buildings Projects. Should be able to deal with the Client/Engineer independently on all related matters.

Procurement Manager

BE / MBA, 5-7 years experience in MEP Equipment & Material Procurements (locally & abroad), Procurement Planning, Cashflow Management.

Site Engineers

BE (Mechanical), 3-5 years' execution experience of Plumbing/Fire Protection/Drainage Works in High Rise Buildings Projects. Preparation of shop drawings, Submittals & Coordination with stakeholders.

Coordination Engineers

BE (Mechanical with good knowledge of MEP Services coordination), 5 years of coordination of M&P activities and Design services on BIM 3D, AutoCAD.

Quantity Surveyor

BE/BTech (Mechanical or Quantities), 5 years 'experience in MEP QS Works and handling all Site related QS activities, Cost Estimation, IPC preparation, Quantities extraction for M&P Works, etc.

Draftsman

BTech/Diploma (Mechanical), minimum 4 years 'experience in MEP Services on AutoCAD. Preparation of technical/shop drawings, quantity take--off, calculations, As-Built. Knowledge of BIM shall be advantageous.

Supervisor

Graduate/DAE with minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in M&P works execution.
