Job Description

Generate Purchase orders in Oracle and in-house built softwares.

Create price comparison sheet.

Coordination with store department for GRN follow-ups and other issues related to purchases and documentation.

Handling all kinds of documentation regarding the purchases.

Responsible for payment handling and payment receiving of vendors.

Reconcile customer material billing.

Maintain daily inventory reconciliations.

Reconcile invoice to purchase order, and GRN's price variances.

Complete hoc reporting and data entry as needed.

Qualification: BA/ BBA

Relevant Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Location: Lahore
