Paragon Constructors (Pvt) Limited is a leading General Contractor in Pakistan. We are currently looking for the candidates to fill the following positions based at Karachi.

SITE ENGINEERS - M&P BE (Mechanical), 3-4 years' execution experience of Plumbing/Fire Protection/Drainage Works in High Rise Buildings, Hospitals and Commercial Buildings Projects. Preparation of shop drawings, Submittals & Coordination with Project Manager.

COORDINATION ENGINEER - MEP BE (Mechanical with good knowledge of MEP Services coordination Software), 4-5 years of MEP Design collaboration on BIM 3D model and its coordination with other trades.

PROCUREMENT ENGINEER - M&P Master Degree in Engineer/MBA/BE, 5-7 years' experience of MEP Equipment & Material Procurements (locally & abroad), Procurement Planning, Cashflow Management. 4. QUANTITY SURVEYOR — M&P BE/BTech (Mechanical or Quantities), 5 years 'experience of MEP QS Works and handling all Site related QS activities, Cost Estimation, IPC preparation, Quantities extraction for M&P Works etc.

DRAFTSMAN — M&P BTech/Diploma (Mechanical), 4-5 years 'experience of MEP Services. Preparation of technical drawings based on rough sketches, specification/ calculations/surveyors and architects and MEP engineers. Preparation of As-Built. Knowledge of BIM shall be advantageous.

SUPERVISOR - M&P Graduate/DAE with 5 years relevant working Experience in M&P works execution.
