1.Application Form is available on NHMP website: www.nhmp.gov.pk
2. Aare advised to fill In the entire application form carefully, particularly ensure correct entries of district of domicile, educational qualification, experience, date of birth, gender, religion and nature of disability
3. In order to ascertain the eligibility of the candidates for the applied post(s), attested copies of documents especially educational documents, domicile certificates. CHIC, driving license, experience certificate, disability and minority certificates must be attached with the application form.
4. Separate application form will be used for applying for more than one post.
5. Post, Sector/Highway/Motorway/Women/Minority/Disabled Quota and district of Domicile must be dearly mentioned in the application form.
6. Candidates possessing relevant Domicile can apply for more than one Post/Sector/Highway/Motorway.
7. Complete application form In all respects is sent through courier / registered mail to concerned Incharge, Recruitment Branch as mentioned above. Incomplete / late received applications/applications sent to wrong addresses will not be entertained.
