Experience : As a chat support specialist or a similar role.

Qualification: Inter or undergraudate

Description: Respond to customer queriers in a timely and accurate way via phone email or chat

Establish relationships with new customers.

Must be able to engage customers and convert into sales.

Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

Excellent written communication skills.
