KFC is hiring Delivery Manager for lahore.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for managing Delivery Operations, Delivery Rider Labor Productivity & Delivery KPIs in stores.
• Manage and oversee all Call Centre operations by working closely with Call Centre Service providers and internal resources.
• Manage and oversee all IT advancements and upgrades related to off-premises sales (i.e. Delivery, Take Away, Car Hop and Drive Through)
• Review and approve Delivery Friendly Kitchen Layouts in all new and renovated stores with proper Delivery Rider and aggregator waiting and dispatch areas.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Master's Degree from a reputable institute.
• Minimum 4 Years' experience in Delivery Operations & Restaurant Excellence.
