Executive HR Operations - Imtiaz Jobs in Peshawar

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive HR Operations. This position is specifically for Imtiaz jobs in Peshawar. As the Executive HR Operations, you will be responsible for managing and executing various HR functions to support Imtiaz's operations in Peshawar. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient HR processes and delivering exceptional HR services.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee all HR operations activities, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding for Imtiaz Peshawar.

Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

Develop and update job descriptions, employment contracts, and HR-related documents for Imtiaz Peshawar.

Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding processes for Imtiaz Peshawar.

Provide guidance and support to employees at Imtiaz Peshawar regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.

Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR databases for Imtiaz Peshawar.

Prepare HR reports and metrics to analyze HR trends and provide recommendations for improvement at Imtiaz Peshawar.

Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs for Imtiaz Peshawar.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development and change management efforts at Imtiaz Peshawar.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Human Resource Management (HRM) from a reputable university. An MBA with an HRM specialization is preferred.

4 to 5 years of relevant work experience in HR operations or a similar role.

Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws in Pakistan.

Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
