An esteemed non-profit organization, dedicated to advancing education, is currently seeking a Female Tuition Center in incharge for its Tuition Center Project. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the center, monitoring teachers' performance, and fostering a conducive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support teachers in daily lesson planning, ensuring structured and effective teaching methodologies.
- Facilitate teachers' professional growth plan, fostering their continuous development.
- Supervise Program Development tailored to primary level students' needs and academic progress.
- Manage cross-curricular activities on the campus to enhance students' overall learning experience.
- Work collaboratively with the education team to create a positive and nurturing educational environment.
Qualifications:
- Preferred qualifications include a Masters's degree in social sciences or any discipline from an HEC recognized university.
- Possession of professional educational certifications, such as Early Childhood Education, is an advantage.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of educational leadership and management experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of teaching experience at the primary and elementary levels.
Desired Personality Traits:
- Passionate about fostering children's character development.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership and management qualities.
