Chase Department store is looking for FLOOR MANAGER (NON-FOOD) for the Hyderabad location.

JOB DESCRPTION

•Department performance check on regular basis to ensure smooth operations including in depth check of departments and operational process.

•Investigate all issues on floor and assist to resolve all concern for management team and working staff.

•Ensure quality customer service by processing customer complaints, comments and feedback.

•Specified product knowledge related to Non-Food product line.

• Maintain market awareness and perform competitor analysis, introduce new and innovative promotional activities in accordance to latest product line.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION: University graduate in any discipline.

EXPERIENCE: 5 to 6 years of experience gained from a local or foreign retail environment or service oriented organization at least 2-3 years of experience ideally in a managerial role.
