lmtiaz Super Market is hiring for the following role.
Floor Manager - Non Food
• Plan, monitor, control, and direct all selling activities to ensure attainment of established sales targets and profit margins within or lower than acceptable shrinkage level.
• Specialized Product Knowledge of Food & Import related product line.
• Reviews and approves Ordering i.e. Daily, Weekly or through permanent Ordering to ensure availability of merchandise within the acceptable stocks and service levels.
• Coordinates with the buying team on negotiated promotional campaign that would require special merchandising displays.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably Masters
• 5 to 8 years' experience with at least 2 years in a similar role in retail operations
