M-TECH Multi Technology Pvt Limited is growing company in lahore looking for an experienced IT Officer Support to join our team. As an IT Officer Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees to ensure the smooth running of our IT systems.
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support. You must also have expertise in installation and configuration of software and hardware, and experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software. Knowledge of network infrastructure and security is also required.
As our IT Officer Support, you will be responsible for installing and configuring software, hardware, and other IT equipment, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating software applications and operating systems, setting up and maintaining network infrastructure and ensuring its security, and providing technical support and assistance to employees on hardware and software issues. Also, you will be able to maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and supplies.
