Qualifications: BS in Computer Science .
Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven working experience + Preferably Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
Responsibilities:
To support daily technical support activities for desktop, data, and server management. + Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration + Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users
Maintain technical documentation in association with other functional departments properly escalate unresolved issues and provide prompt feedback. Ensure all issues are properly logged and manage several open issues at once Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
