Education: Fresh graduates who have completed 16 years of education in the of field of civil engineeering, urban planning, management sciences , envoiremen sciences, social sciences, development studies and gender studies from HEC recognized universities and degree awaiting insititution.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 commulative GPA or 60% marks in the last degree.
