Job Description:

Paper Board Mills, a leading company in the paper manufacturing industry, is currently seeking qualified candidates to join their team for a new plant in Islamabad. We are hiring for the following positions:

1. Plant Manager:

- Responsibilities: Oversee overall plant operations, manage production processes, ensure quality control, and lead a team of professionals.

- Qualifications: Proven experience in plant management, strong leadership skills, and expertise in paper manufacturing processes.

2. Plant Engineer:

- Responsibilities: Support plant operations, troubleshoot technical issues, optimize production efficiency, and implement maintenance programs.

- Qualifications: Engineering degree in a relevant field, experience in paper manufacturing or industrial engineering, and knowledge of plant machinery.

3. Plant Technician:

- Responsibilities: Assist in plant operations, perform equipment maintenance, conduct inspections, and ensure smooth production processes.

- Qualifications: Technical diploma or certification, experience in operating and maintaining machinery, and knowledge of safety protocols.

Requirements for all positions:

- Education: Relevant degrees, diplomas, or certifications in the respective fields.

- Experience: Previous experience in the paper manufacturing industry or related fields is preferred.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.

- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.

- Teamwork: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Location: Reside in or near Islamabad or willing to relocate.
