Responsibilities:

Event Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of weddings and events hosted at Marquee Marriage, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled to create unforgettable experiences.

Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique requirements, and provide personalized guidance and support throughout the planning process to exceed their expectations.

Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of event coordinators, decorators, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors, including caterers, decorators, photographers, and entertainers, to ensure seamless collaboration and successful event delivery.

Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop event budgets, track expenses, negotiate contracts, and monitor financial performance to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:
