Assistant Manager - Mechanical Engineering
• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in refinery engineering design.

RESPONSIBILTY:
• Stay up-to-date with the refining processes: various refinery upgrade-related FEEDs transition to detail engineering management, using local and international detail engineering contractors.
• Supporting the Detail Engineering Interface Manager.
• Manage and prequalify detail engineering contractors based on modern techniques and provide a cost-effective solution. • Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate vendor quotations and conduct technical bid analysis, etc.
• Review vendor documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications, and calculations.
• Resolve conflicts relating to FEED and Detail Engineering.
• Cost estimation.
