Job Detail:
To handle queries and ensure timely resolution by keeping follow ups with other relevant departments.
Maintain and improve quality result by adhering to standards and guidlines, recommending improved procedures.
Cultivating and mangaing fund client relationships by responding to clietn inquires and providing on going communications.
Monitoring operational changes through on going contacts with company management , develops relations with BAFL wealth management.
Others:
Excellent communicaion skills in urdu /english with claer tone of voice.
