Education: Bachelor's / Master's
Experience:10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Liaison with Govt. Departments for Smooth Operation i.e., Local Law Enforcement Agencies for compliance and Regulatory affairs Local Police, Local Go,. Administration, Labor Affairs Management, Legal Due Diligence over Matters and Closure with relative departments, Supporting HR in EOBI, ESSI compliance.
Responsible for Stores upkeep for best-in-class customer experience.
Coordination with all stake holders for SOPS implementation and by laws.
Formulation of Operations Policies and Procedures and ensuring compliance on SOPS issued time to time.
Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses. '
Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards.
Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs.
Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events. + Develops, monitors, and interprets key performance indicators (KPis) and exception-based reporting to help reduce loss, and identify trends, and root cause in high shrink locations.
