• Desktop PC's & Notebook configuration, OS and Drivers. • Troubleshooting of Hardware devices, Printer, Scanner. • Replacement of Hardware and Network devices. • Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of router, switch and Wi-Fi Access point. • Maintain IT equipment inventory & visit remote offices for support complaints.
