QC Inspector
Responsibilities:
Perform inspections and quality control checks on incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and tests as per defined procedures and specifications.
Identify and document any defects, deviations, or non-conformances.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality documentation.
Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and protocols.
Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a QC Inspector in the flexible packaging industry for 3 to 5 years.
Familiarity with packaging materials, printing, and lamination processes.
Attention to detail and ability to identify and communicate quality issues effectively.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Quality control certification or relevant qualifications will be an advantage.
