Job Description
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their requirements & concerns and pitch solutions accordingly
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services offered
- Negotiate & close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Responsible for growing Alibaba Cloud business in Pakistan though Daraz platform.
- Work hand-to-hand with AliCloud & Enterprise Infrastructure Technical resources at Daraz to fulfill customer’s technical queries.
- Develop and provide workable proposals of different requirements of AliCloud service offerings, its solutions & enterprise infrastructure in order to tackle customer’s challenges.
- Prospects and develops business, respond to RFPs and develops proposals for presentation to customers.
- Provides follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products provided
Requirements
- Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in Business Management/Computer Science or relevant field.
- 03+ years of technical sales/relationship management experience, specifically with channel sales having superb knowledge of Pakistan IT market.
- Should have 01+ years of proven sales experience of working with local / international Cloud Service provider, IT Service Providers, Service Integrators etc. for SMEs and large organizations.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
