Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Staff at our departmental store. If you are passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy interacting with customers, we would love to hear from you.
Positions Available:
1. Counter Sales
Assist customers in locating and purchasing products, handle payments, and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Order Bookers
Receive and process customer orders, ensure accuracy and timely delivery, and maintain a strong customer relationship.
3. Marketing Person
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the departmental store, attract new customers, and increase sales.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
For Order Bookers: Knowledge of order management processes and inventory control is a plus.
For Marketing Person: Experience in marketing, advertising, or promotions will be an advantage.
