Job Description
- Managing team’s routine activities for daily transport operations including daily 3PL pickups, 3PL staff and resources availability.
- Monitoring, controlling and ensuring the package backlog should remain under defined thresholds.
- Coordinating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance of SOPs.
- Ensuring adherence to defined protocols involved in package handovers / status updates / rejects receiving.
- Coordinating with 3PL and driving timely closure of the package journeys and subsequent status updates to be provided within due time.
- Coordinating, reconciling and keeping record of 3PL weekly Financial Outstanding.
- Other tasks / projects assigned by the Management
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar capacity preferably from SCM or transportation management background.
