SHIFT INCHARGE (POWERHOUSE OPERATIONS)
Qualification & Experience: B.E (Mechanical/Electrical) with minimum 03 years of relevant experience / B-Tech (Mechanical/Power) with a minimum of 06 years of relevant experience / DAE (Mechanical/Power) with a min. of 10 years of relevant experience
Skills:
Directing, Monitoring & Controlling overall Plant Operations for achieving organizational goals effectively and efficiently
Analyze problems and take appropriate action to ensure continuous and reliable operation of equipment and systems.
Maintain daily logs of Operation & maintenance activities, including Lab test results, instrument readings, and details of equipment malfunctions and maintenance work.
Generate work requests on the ERP system.
Authorize work permits and ensure proper isolation for safe work. Complete work permits with the proper status of work done.
Develop SOPs or assist in their development.
Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the work.
Provide, monitor & control resources required for smooth operations.
