KFC is hiring a call center supervisor for the Lahore location.
Role and responsibilities:
• Overseeing and assessing team productivity and activities, providing them with regular performance-related feedback and constructive coaching
• Continuously review and improve existing trace and service recovery processes to ensure relevance to the dynamic business environment with a view towards establishing and maintaining a competitive advan-tage.
• Assisting in ongoing training of the department associates to improve customer contact quality, processing accuracy and work efficiency.

Qualification & Experience:
• Minimum Graduation 2 years of Call Center/Back-Office Operations and Account Management.
