Responsibilities:

Sales and Promotion: Actively engage with customers to promote Ufone products, services, and exclusive offers, driving sales and revenue generation.

Cash Handling: Accurately handle,process payments efficiently, cash transactions and maintain meticulous records.

Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly and courteously.

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of Ufone products and accessories, ensuring availability for customers.

Stall Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and appealing presentation of the stall to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.

Documentation: Maintain precise records of customer interactions, transactions, and inventory, adhering to company procedures.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Urdu and English.

Interpersonal Skills: Approachable, friendly, and positive demeanor to effectively engage with diverse customers.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer applications for sales transactions and basic data entry.
