Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist with order processing and shipment tracking
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies
• Generate reports and analyze data for business insights
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in managing Amazon stores or e-commerce platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with American market trends and consumer behavior is a plus
